I’ve finished the watercolour painting of Gumpoldskirchen now at home. It does look like a painting from a child. I have so many problems with watercolour. But as a first plein air painting I’m happy that I got the perspective nearly right. When sitting there I wasn’t sure how to tackle this view. How I can translate it into a painting. So this is something I’m happy with. I don’t know if I will ever learn to use watercolours. But I will try again.
